٢٩٧٧- محمد [٤] بن محمد بن جعفر، [أبو بكر] [٥] الدقاق الشافعي [٦] . وكان ينوب في القضاء عن أبي عبد الله الحسين بن هارون الضبي، وكانت فيه دعابة، فحكى أنه دخل الحمام بغير مئزر، فبلغ ذلك الضبي [٧] فظن أنه فعله لفقره، فبعث إليه ميازر كثيرة، فرئي بعد ذلك في الحمام بغير مئزر، فسأله الضبي عن سبب فعله، فقال: يا سيدي يأخذني به [٨] ضيق النفس. توفي الدقاق في هذه السنة.
