٢٧٠٦- الحسين بن عمر بن أبي عمر القاضي، أبو محمد بن أبي الحسين [١٠] .ولاه الراضي قضاء مدينة المنصور، وهو حدث السن، ثم ولي المتقي، فأقره على ذلك إلى جمادى الآخرة سنة تسع وعشرين وثلاثمائة، ثم صرفه فقدم أصبهان، وحدَّث عن البغوي، وابن صاعد، وولي قضاء يزد، وتوفي بها.
