٢٦٧٨- محمد بن الحسين بن علي بن سليمان [١١] بن إبراهيم، أبو سليمان الحراني [١٢] .سكن بغداد وحدث بها عن أبي خليفة وعبدان الأهوازي، وأبي يعلى الموصلي، وغيرهم من أهل الشام ومصر، كتب عنه بانتخاب الدارقطني. أخبرنا عبد الرحمن، أخبرنا أحمد بن علي قال: قال محمد بن أبي الفوارس: أبو سليمان الحراني، كان مولده بحران، ثم انتقل إلى نصيبين، فأقام بها، وكان شيخًا ثقة مستورًا، حسن المذهب، توفي في يوم الثلاثاء لعشر بقين من رمضان سنة سبع وخمسين وثلاثمائة.
