٢٤٨٢- الحسن بن حمويه بن الحسين، أبو محمد القاضي الإستراباذي [٣] : أدرك عمار بن رجاء [٤] ، ولم يكتب عنه، وروى عنه [٥] محمد بن إسحاق بن راهويه، وخلق كثير، وكان على قضاء استراباذ مدة طويلة، وكان من القوامين بالليل المتهجدين بالأسحار، يضرب به المثل في قضاء [٦] حوائج المسلمين والقيام بأمرهم [٧] بنفسه وماله وجاهه، وعقد مجلس الإملاء باستراباذ، وكتب عنه أهلها، مات فجأة على صدر جارية وقت الإنزال في هذه السنة.
