    ١٦٠٦- حميد [٩] بن الربيع بْن حميد [١٠] بن مالك أبو الحسن [١١] اللخمي الكوفي [١٢] .قدم بغداد وحدث بها عن هشيم، وابن عيينه، وابن إدريس، وحفص بن غياث، وغيرهم. روى عنه: الباغندي، والمحاملي، وابن مخلد [١] . قَالَ البرقاني: كان الدارقطني يحسن القول فيه، وأنا أقول: ليس بحجة، لأني رأيت عامة شيوخنا يقولون: هو ذاهب الحديث. قَالَ ابن أبي حاتم: كان أَحْمَد بن حنبل [لا] يقول فيه [إلا] [٢] خيرا، وكذلك أبي، وأبو زرعة. وَقَالَ عثمان بن أبي شيبة: أنا أعلم الناس به، هو ثقة ولكنه شره فدلس [٣] . وتوفي في هذه السنة بسر من رأى [٤] .
