٧٣٧- خير بْن نعيم بْن مرة بْن كريب، أَبُو نعيم الحضرمي [١] . ولي القضاء والقصص فِي آخر خلافة بْني أمية وأول خلافة بْني الْعَبَّاس، وَكَانَ فقيها. روى عَنْ/ عطاء بْن أبي رباح. وروى عنه: يزيد بْن أبي حبيب، وحيوة بن ٩/ ب شريح، والليث، وابْن لهيعة. قَالَ سهيل بْن عَلِيّ: كنت أجالس خير بْن نعيم، فرأيته يتجر فِي الزيت، فقلت لَهُ: وأنت أيضا تتجر [٢] ؟ فضرب بيده على كتفي، ثُمَّ قَالَ: انتظر حَتَّى تجوع ببطن غيرك. فقلت فِي نفسي: كيف يجوع الإنسان ببطن غيره. فلما بليت بالعيال إذا أنا أجوع ببطونهم. تُوُفِّيَ خير بْن نعيم في هذه السنة.
