    (٣١٦٠) أبو مالك النخعي الدمشقي قيل: إن له صحبة. حديثه عند معاويةابن صالح، عن عبد الله بن دينار البهراني الحمصي، عن أبى مالك النخعي، عن النبي ﷺ: في المسخط لأبويه. والمرأة تصلى بغير خمار. والذي يؤم قوما وهم له كارهون، لا تقبل لواحد منهم صلاة. والصحيح أن حديثه مرسل، ولا صحبة له.
