(٤٦٧) حبان - بفتح الحاء - ابن منقذ بن عمرو الأنصاري المازني من بنى مازن ابن النجار. له صحبة، شهد أحدا وما بعدها، تزوج أروى الصغرى بنت ربيعة ابن الحارث بن عبد المطلب، وهي الهاشمية التي ذكر مالك في الموطأ، فولدت له يحيى بن حبان وواسع بن حبان، وهو جد محمد بن يحيى بن حبان شيخ مالك، ومات حبان في خلافة عثمان، له ولأبيه منقذ صحبة.
