(٧٣) امرؤ القيس بن الأصبغ (¬٢) الكلبي من بني عبد الله بن كلب بن وبرة، بعثه رسول الله ﷺ عاملا على كلب في حين إرساله عما لهعلى قضاعة، فارتد بعضهم، وثبت أمرؤ القيس على دينه، وامرؤ القيس هذا هو خال أبى سلمة بن عبد الرحمن بن عوف فيما أظن، والله أعلم، لأن أم أبى سلمة تماضر بنت الأصبغ بن ثعلبة بن ضمضم الكلبي، وكان الأصبغ زعيم قومه ورئيسهم
