    ابن نادِر (٠٠٠ - ٥٢٣ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١١٢٩ م) يوسف بن عبد العزيز بن علي اللخمي الميورقي، نزيل الإسكندرية، المعروف بابن نادر:عالم بأصول الفقه، متفنن، جمع بين الدراية والرواية، من أهل الأندلس. حج، وأخذ عن علماء مكة وبغداد ودمشق، وأخذ بعضهم عنه واستقر بالإسكندرية، قال ابن الأبار: وأحيا بها علم الحديث. له تصانيف، منها " التعليقة الكبرى " في الخلاف (١) .
