    قاضي بَغْداد (٠٠٠ - ٩٢٢ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٥١٦ م) يوسف بن حسن الحسيني الشيرازي الحنفي: فقيه متفنن. من أهل شيراز سكن بغداد وولي قضاءها مدة. ولما حدثت فتنة " ابن أردبيل " رحل إلى ماردين. ثم دخل بلاد الروم (الترك) فعين مدرسا في بروسة إلى أن توفي. له كتب، منها " شرح نهج البلاغة " و " كفاية الراويّ والسامع " في الحديث، و " حاشية على التلويح للتفتازاني " في الأصول (١) .
