يَحْيى العَدَّام (٠٠٠ - ٢٩٢ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ٩٠٤ م) يحيى بن القاسم بن إدريس، الملقب بالعدام: ملك، من الأدارسة، أصحاب مراكش. ولي الأمر بفاس، بعد علي بن عمر بن إِدْرِيس (نحو سنة ٢٦٥ هـ وكان " الصفرية " من البربر قد استولوا على عدوة الأندلس، فقاتلهم يحيى وأخرجهم من العدوة. ثم كانت له معهم معارك دامية إلى أن اغتاله رجل يدعى الربيع بن سليمان، بفاس. قال السلاوي: ويحيى العدام هذا، هو جد الأشراف الجوطيين بفاس، ونسبتهم إلى " جُوطة " قرية كانت على نهر " سبوا " بالعدوة الجنوبية منه (٢) .
