العامِري الحَرَضي (٨١٦ - ٨٩٣ هـ = ١٤١٣ - ١٤٨٨ م) يحيى بن أبي بكر بن محمد بن يحيي العامري الحرضي: مؤرخ. له علم بمفردات الطب. كان محدث اليمن وشيخها في عصره. ولد ومات فيحرض (باليمن) من كتبه " غربال الزمان - خ " في التاريخ، ابتدأه من سنة الهجرة إلى منتصف القرن السابع، و " بهجة المحافل في السيرة والمعجزات والشمائل - ط " و " التحفة الجامعة لمفردات الطب النافعة - ط " و " الرياض المستطابة في معرفة من روى في الصحيحين من الصحابة - ط " و " العدد فيما لا يستغني عنه أحد " (١) .
