    جارُ الله الرُّوميّ (٠٠٠ - ١١٥١ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٧٣٨ م) ولي الدين بن مصطفى الينيشهري، القسطنطيني، أبو عبد الله، الملقب بجار الله الرومي الحنفي:فاضل. ولد في " يني شهر " ويكتبها الترك " يكيشهر " وجاور بمكة سبع سنوات. وسكن استامبول، فبنى فيها مدرسة ومكتبة، قرب مسجد الفاتح. ودفن في المدرسة. ونقلت المكتبة بعده إلى جامع السلطان بايزيد. له تآليف عربية، منها " فضائل الجهاد " و " السبع السيارة النورية على حاشية الفوائد الفنارية لإيساغوجي " في المنطق، و " شرح آداب البركوي " و " حاشية على تفسير البيضاوي " و " حاشية على شرح المقاصد " (١) . ولي الله الدِّهْلَوِي = أحمد بن عبد الرحيم (١١٧٦)
