هِبَة الله العَبَّاسي (٠٠٠ - ٢٧٥ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ٨٨٨ م) هبة الله بن إبْراهيم بن المَهْدِي العباسي، أبو القاسم: عالم بالغناء، شاعر، من أمراء آل عباس، من أهل بغداد. أسود اللون. جالس الخلفاء. وآخر من جالسه المعتمد على الله. من شعره الغنائي: " يا ظلما نفسه بظلمي: ... لا تبك مما جنت يداكا " " أنت الّذي إن كفرت حبي ... صرفت قلبي إلى سواكا " له أخبار. وفي كت أبي الصولي والمرزباني نماذج أخرى من شعره (٢) .
