    هانئ اللَّخْمي (٠٠٠ - ٢٣٨ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ٨٥٢ م) هانئ بن مسعود بن أرسلان بن مالك اللخمي: أمير. يلقب بالغضنفر أبي الأهوال. انتدب المأمون العباسي أباه مسعودا لقتال القبط بمصر، فسار إليها من دمشق في جيش المأمون (سنة ٢١٦ هـ وتولى هانئ أمر اللخميين في غياب أبيه. ثم آلت إليه إمارتهم. وأقام في الشويفات (بلبنان) وقاتله " المردة " في جبل لبنان (سنة ٢٣١) فظفر بهم (١) .
