نفيل بن عبد العُزَّى (٠٠٠ - نحو ٥٠ ق هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو ٥٧٥ م) نفيل بن عبد العزى بن رياح، من بني عدي بن كعب، من قريش: أحد قضاة العرب في الجاهلية. كانت قريش تتحاكم إليه في خصوماتها ومنافراتها. وله في ذلك أخبار. وهو جد أمير المؤمنين عمر بن الخطاب (٢) .
