نَجَاء العَلَوي (٠٠٠ - ٤٣٤ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٠٤٣ م) نجاء العلويّ، أبو الفوز: قائد أندلسي. كان من ثقات المستنصر الحمودي (الحسن بن يحيى) ومات المستنصر (بمالقة) وترك ولدا صغيرا له بسبتة، فبايعه أبو الفوز، وتولى قيادة جيشه. وقام برحلة في البحر لإصلاح حال البلاد، ونزل بمالقة، ثم رحل ومعه قوم من " برغواطة " أخوال الحسن بن يحيى (المستنصر) كانوا على اتصال بأخيه السجين (إدريس بن يحيى) فترصدوا غفلة من أبي الفوز، فقتلوه بالطريق خارجا من مالقة (٢) . نجاتي (الدكتور) = سليمان نجاتي (١٣٢٥) ابن
