ناصِر بن مَهْدي (٠٠٠ - ٦١٧ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٢٢٠ م) ناصر بن مهدي بن حمزة العلويّ المازندراني الرازيّ، نصير الدين، أبو الحسن:وزير، من الأفاضل ذوي الرأي. من بيت كبير في (الريّ) انتقل إلى بغداد، ولقي من الخليفة قبولا، فكان نائب الوزارة بها (سنة ٥٩٢ هـ ثم تقلد الوزارة (سنة ٦٠٢) وحمدت سيرته. إلا أنه لم يطق تحكم المماليك بدار الخلافة، فجعل يشردهم، فأكثروا من القول فيه، فعزله الخليفة (سنة ٦٠٤) وأكرمه، فأقام موقرا محترما إلى أن توفي ببغداد (١) .
