    مُوسى الوَصَابي (٥٧٧ - ٦٢١ هـ = ١١٨١ - ١٢٢٤ م) موسى بن أحمد بن يوسف بن موسى التباعي ثم الحميرى، أبوعمران الوصابي: فقيه يماني، من الشافعية. من قرية (الكونعة) بفتح الكاف وسكون الواو وفتح النون، إحدى قرى حصن (ظفران) بفتح الظاء وخفض الفاء، من حصون (وصاب) بقرب زبيد. صنف (شرح اللمع) في أصول الفقه، لإبراهيم بن محمد الشيرازي، وأقبل عليه الناس في أيامه، قال الجندي: أجمع الفقهاء أنه لم يكن لأهل اليمن من الشروح ما هو أكثر بركة منه وأظهر نفعا (٢) .
