حُسَام الدَّوْلَة (٠٠٠ - ٣٩١ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٠٠٠ م) المقلد بن المسيب بن رافع العقيلي، أبو حسان، حسام الدولة، من بني هوازن: صاحب الموصل. تولاها بعد وفاة أخيه أبي الذواد (سنة ٣٨٦ هـ وكان حسن التدبير، عاقلا. غلب على سقي الفرات، واتسعت مملكته، ولقبه الخليفة القادر باللَّه وكناه، وأنفذ إليه باللواء والخلع. وكان فاضلا محبا لأهل الأدب. قتله غلام تركي في مجلس انسه بالانبار (٢) .ابن مُقْلَة = محمّد بن علي ٣٢٨ المُقَنَّع = محمد بن عميرة ٧٠ المُقَنَّع الخُراساني = عطاء ١٦٣
