    المُطَهَّر بن عَلي (٠٠٠ - ١٠٤٨ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٦٣٩ م) المطهر بن علي بن محمد الضمدي اليماني، ابو محمد: مفسر أديب، من علماء الزيدية. من أهل ضمد (باليمن) من كتبه (الفرات النمير) في تفسير القرآن، قال الشوكاني: مفيد جدا مع اختصاره، و (جلاء الوهوم،مختصر ضياء الحلوم) في اللغة و (المنقح في شرح الموشح - خ) وهو شرح الخبيصي للكافية في النحو، رأيته في الفاتيكان (آخر المجموع ٩٩٧ عربي) و (شرح الأزهار) في الفقه. وله شعر (١) .
