مُصْطَفى بن سِنان (٠٠٠ - ١٠٣٢ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٦٢٣ م) مصطفى بن سنان الطوسي: قاض، من مستعربي الروم. ولي القضاء بدمشق سنة ١٠٠٣هـ وترقى إلى أن ولي قضاء العسكر بروم ايلي، وتوفي باستانبول. له كتاب (المرام في أحوال البيت الحرام - خ) قال المحبي: كانت سيرته مستقيمة إلا أن بضاعته في العلم مزجاة (٢) .
