أَبو مَنْدُوسة (٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠ = ٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠) مرة بن سفيان بن مجاشع الدارميّ: من فرسان العرب في الجاهلية. قتله بنو يربوع في (يوم الكلاب) الأول. وهو المعنيّ بقول جرير: ندسنا (أبا مندوسة) القين، بالقنا ... ومار دمٌٌ من جار بيبة ناقع والندس الطعن. وجار بيبة: الصمة بن الحارث الجشمي. ويستفاد من هذا البيت أن (أبا مندوسة) كان يعمل بالحديد، من أهل الصناعات في الجاهلية، وأراد جرير الحط من شأنه في ذلك (٢) .
