    مُرَّان الهَمْدَاني (٠٠٠ - نحو ٢٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو ٦٤٠ م) مرَّان بن ذي عمير بن أبي مران الهمدانيّ من ملوك همدان باليمن. أسلم فيمن أسلم منهم. ولما بلغته وفاة النبي ﷺ وقف في قومه خطيبا فقمع فتنة أهل الشغب فيهم (٢) . المُرْبَيْطِري = علي بن محمد ٦٣٣ المُرْتَضى الزَّيْدي = محمد بن يحيى ٣١٠ المرتضى الأموي = عبد الرحمن بن محمد ٤٠٨ المرتضى (الشريف) = علي بن الحسين ٤٣٦. المُرْتَضى = عبد الله بن القاسم ٥١١ المُرْتَضى الشَّيزَري = نصر بن محمد ٥٩٨ المرتضى (المؤمني) = عمر بن إسحاق ٦٦٥ ابن المُرْتَضى = محمد بن إبراهيم ٨٤٠ مُرْتَضى الزَّبِيدي = محمّد بن محمد ١٢٠٥ ابن المُرْتَضى = محمّد مهدي ١٢١٢
