    نَوْعي زاده (٩٩١ - ١٠٤٤ هـ = ١٥٨٣ - ١٦٣٥ م) محمد (عَطَاء الله) بن يحيى بن بير علي ابن نصوح، المتلخص على الطريقة التركية، بعطائي، المعروف بنوعي زاده:مؤرخ تركي، له معرفة بالأدب العربيّ وفقه الحنفية. كان قاضيا بمنستر، ثم بأسكوب (من بلاد الروم ايلي) وصنف (القول الحسن في جواب: القول لمن؟) في فروع الفقه، أكمله سنة ١٠٣٨ و (الفتاوى العطائية - خ) في أوقاف بغداد و (ذيل الشقائق النعمانية - ط) بالتركية، سماه (حدائق الحقائق في تكملة الشقائق) في التراجم، أخذ عنه المحبي كثيرا، واستفدت منه (انظر في المصادر: عطائي) وله بالتركية كتب أخرى، منها (ديوان شعر) (١) .
