    ابن عِذَاري (٠٠٠ - نحو ٦٩٥ هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو ١٢٩٥ م) محمد (أو أحمد بن محمد) المراكشي، أبو عبد الله، المعروف بابن عذاري: مؤرخ. أندلسي الأصل، من أهل مراكش لم أظفر له بترجمة. بقي من تآليفه (البيان المغرب في اختصار أخبار ملوك الأندلس والمغرب - ط) ثلاثة أجزاء، وهو من أعظم المراجع وأوثقها في موضوعة. قال في مقدمته أنه وصل في الثالث منه إلى أخبار سنة ٦٦٧ هـ إلا أن المطبوع منه يقف عند سنة ٤٦٠ وأشار في الجزء الأول منه إلى كتاب له في (تاريخ المشرق) لم يُعرف مصيره (٢) . محمد مُرْتَضى الزَّبِيدي = محمّد بن محمد ١٢٠٥.
