    دَبَّاغ زادَهْ (٠٠٠ - ١١١٤ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٧٠٢ م) محمد بن محمود بن أحمد، دباغ زاده الرومي الحنفي: فقيه مفسر. تولى مشيخة الإسلام في الدولة العثمانية مرتين. له كتب بالعربية، منها (رشحة النصيح من الحديث الصحيح - خ) مرتب على خمسة مقاصد، و (الترتيب الجميل في شرح التركيب الجليل للتفتازاني) في النحو. وله بالتركية (تبيان في تفسير القرآن) (٢) .
