ابن الكُوَيْك (٧٣٧ - ٨٢١ هـ = ١٣٣٧ - ١٤١٨ م) محمد بن محمد بن عبد اللطيف، أبو طاهر شرف الدين ابن الكويك: فاضل من المشتغلين بالحديث. شافعيّ. أصله من تكريت ومولده ووفاته بالقاهرة. طال عمره حتى تفرد بالرواية عن أكثر شيوخه، وقصده الناس للأخذ عنه. قال السخاوي: خرّج له شيخنا مشيخة بالإجازة وعوالي بالسماع والإجازة. وله (أربعون حديثا منتقاة من صحيح مسلم - خ) في التيمورية (٢)
