أَبُو طالِب البَزَّاز (٣٤٦ - ٤٤٠ هـ = ٩٥٧ - ١٠٤٩ م) محمد بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن غيلان البزاز، أبو طالب: راوي الأحاديث المعروفة بالغيلانيات التي خرجها له الدّارقطنيّ، وهي من أعلى الحديث إسنادا وأحسنه. منها مخطوطة جيدة قديمة، أحد عشر جزءا في مجلد واحد، سميت (فوائد البزاز) رأيتهافي مكتبة الحرم المكيّ، رقم (٥٧٩ حديث) ومنها (قسم - خ) في الظاهرية، توفي ببغداد (١) .
