ابن الطَّلاَّع (٤٠٤ - ٤٩٧ هـ = ١٠١٤ - ١١٠٤ م) محمد بن الفرج القرطبي المالكي، أبو عبد الله، ابن الطلاع، ويقال الطلاعي: مفتي الأندلس ومحدثها في عصره. من أهل قرطبة. كان أبوه مولى لمحمد بن يحيى البكري (الطلاع) فنسب إليه. له كتاب في (أحكام النبي) ﷺ، وكتاب في (الشروط) وغيره ذلك (١) .
