    الخَطِيب التُّمُرْتاشي (٩٣٩ - ١٠٠٤ هـ = ١٥٣٢ - ١٥٩٦ م) محمد بن عبد الله بن أحمد، الخطيب العمري التمرتاشي الغزي الحنفي، شمس الدين: شيخ الحنفية في عصره. من أهل غزة، مولده ووفاته فيها. من كتبه (تنوير الأبصار - ط) فقه، و (منح الغفار- خ) شرح تنوير الأبصار، و (مسعف الحكامعلى الأحكام) و (الوصول إلى قواعد الأصول - خ) و (معين المفتي على جواب المستفتي - خ) و (الفتاوى - خ) و (إعانة الحقير - خ) فقه، و (مواهب المنان - خ) فقه، و (عقد الجواهر النيرات - خ) في فضائل الصحابة العشرة، ورسائل كثيرة منها رسالة في (النقود) (١) .
