قاضي صَفَد (٠٠٠ - بعد ٧٨٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - بعد ١٣٧٨ م) محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن الحسين، أبو عبد الله صدر الدين الدمشقيّ العثماني الصفدي الشافعيّ المعروف بقاضي صفد: فقيه من أهل دمشق كان (قاضي قضاة المملكة الصفدية) كما يعرّف به. له كتب منها (رحمة الأمة في اختلاف الأئمة - ط) في فروع الشافعية، منه مخطوطة بدار الكتب (٢٣١٩٨ ب) فرغ من تأليفها في أواخر سنة ٧٨٠ هـ و (كفاية المفتين والحكام في الفتاوى والأحكام - خ) في شستربتي (٤٦٦٦) (٢) .
