أَبُو عَلَم (١٣١٠ - ١٣٦٦ هـ = ١٨٩٣ - ١٩٤٧ م) محمد صبري (باشا) أبو علم: قانوني، خطيب، مصري. من الكتاب المترسلين. ولد وتعلم في منوف، وتلقى (الحقوق) في القاهرة. واتصل بالحركة الوطنية، فاعتقل مرات في أيام الدراسة، واشتغل بالمحاماة سنة ١٩١٦ وعرف في ثورة ١٩١٩ عاملا مع سعد زغلول. وانتخب نائبا. ثم كان وزيرا للعدل، ونقيبا للمحامين. وتوفي فجأة بمصر الجديدة (من ضواحي القاهرة) . له كتابات في الصحف المصرية وآثار فيما وضعه وعدّله من قوانين (١) .
