ابن خِلْفَة الأُبِّي (٠٠٠ - ٨٢٧ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٤٢٤ م) محمد بن خلفة بن عمر الأَبِّي الوشتاني المالكي: عالم بالحديث، من أهل تونس. نسبته إلى (آبَهْ) من قراها. ولي قضاء الجزيرة، سنة ٨٠٨هـ له (إكمال إكمال المعلم، لفوائد كتاب مسلم - ط) سبعة أجزاء، في شرح صحيح مسلم، جمع فيه بين المازري وعياض والقرطبي والنووي، مع زيادات من كلام شيخه ابن عرفة، و (شرح المدونة) وغير ذلك، مات بتونس (٣) .
