محمَّد بن حَكَم (٠٠٠ - ٥٣٨ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١١٤٣ م) محمد بن حكم بن محمد بن أحمد ابن باق الجذامي السرقسطي، أبو جعفر: عالم بالعربية والأدب وأصول الفقه. من أهل سرقسطة. قال ابن الأبار: جدّه ذو الوزارتين محمد بن أحمد، كان صاحب مدينة سالم، قتل بها سنة ٤٢٠ هـ واستقر محمد بمدينة فاس، وولي أحكامها، ومات بتلسمان. له (شرح الإيضاح) ل أبي علي الفارسيّ، وتصانيف في الجدل والعقائد (٣) .
