محمَّد عَبْد الرَّازِق (٠٠٠ - ١٢٩٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٨٧٣ م) محمد بن أحمد بن عبد الرازق: مترجم مصري. كان من موظفي (قلمالترجمة) بديوان وزارة المعارف المصرية، ومن مدرسي اللغة الفرنسية. وهو أول من عمل في نقل كتاب (سيديو) في تاريخ العرب، من الفرنسية إلى العربية: ترجم عنه خلاصة سماها (غاية الأرب في خلاصة تاريخ العرب - ط) القسم الأول. وتوفي عن نحو ٦٠ عاما (١) .
