    ابن الأَطْعاني (٧٤٨ - ٨٠٧ هـ = ١٣٤٧ - ١٤٠٥ م) محمد بن أحمد بن الحلبي البسطامي، شمس الدين ابن الأطعاني:فاضل متصوف. مولده ووفاته في حلب. عرضت عليه نيابة القضاء فامتنع. وتزهد. وسافر إلى القدس فلبس خرقه التصوف من عبد الله البسطامي. وجاور بمكة مرارا، له " روضة الحبور ومعدن السرور في مناقب أبي يزيد البسطامي والجنيد البغدادي - خ " في معهد المخطوطات (٢٦٨ تاريخ) كتبه سنة ٧٩٩ و " تذكرة المريد " و " تحفة الطالب المستهام في رؤية النبي ﵇ و " بغية الطالب لأعزّ المطالب - خ " رسالة في دار الكتب (٢٣٢٦٥ ب) ضمن مجموعة، و " مقدمة في أصول الدين - خ " في الاسكوريال (Cas I ١٦٠٨) (١)
