المُحَسِّن الصَّابئ (٠٠٠ - ٤٠١ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٠١٠ م) المحسّن بن إبراهيم بن هلال بن زهرون الصابئ، أبو علي: أديب، له نظم حسن، وأخبار. من صابئة بغداد. قرأ على أبي سعيد السيرافي. واطلع ياقوت على " مجموع " بخطه، جمعه لوالده هلال. وهو ابن " إبراهيم ابن هلال " المتقدمة ترجمته، وأبو " هلال بن المحسّن " الآتي ذكره (٢) .
