    مانع بن المسيب (٠٠٠ - نحو ٨٦٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو ١٤٥٦ م) مانع بن المسيب بن المقلد بن بدران المري الذهلي الوائلي: أمير نجديّ، هو الجد السادس للأمير سعود الذي ينتسبإليه آل سعود. كان مستقلا في إمارته سنة ٨٥٠هـ ومن ذريته " المنانعة " من سكان نجد. وكان عمرانيا أبقى آثارا في الإحساء والقطيف وقطر وعمان. ومن آثاره " الدرعية " بنجد (١) . ماني الصُّنْهَاجِي = محمد ماني ١٣٣٣ ماني المُوَسْوَس = محمد بن القاسم (٢٤٥) ابن ماهان = علي بن عيسى ١٩٥ ابن ماهان = الحسين بن علي ١٩٦ الماوَرْدي = علي بن محمد ٤٥٠
