ليلى بِنْت الأَحْوَص (٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠ = ٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠) ليلى بنت الأحوص بن عمرو بن ثعلبة الكلبي: أمّ بسطام بن قيس الشيبانيّ. تكرر ذكرها في بعض أخبار بسطام. أسره عتيبة بن الحارث اليربوعي، يوم " صحراء فلج " من أيام الجاهلية، ففدته ليلى بثلاثمائة بعير. وكانت صاحبة رأي، قال لها بسطام يوما: إني أخدمتك (أي جعلت في خدمتك) أمة من كل حيّ، ولست منتهياً حتى اخدمك أمه من بني " ضبة " فقالت له: لا تفعل، فان بني ضبة حيّ لا يسلم ولا يغنم منهم من غزاهم. ولم يطعها، فغزاهم، فقتلوه (٢) .
