    لهيعة بن عِيسى (٠٠٠ - ٢٠٤ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ٨٢٠ م) لهيعة بن عيسى الحضرميّ: قاض، من حضارمة مصر. ولي قضاءها سنة ١٩٦ هـ أيام علع الأمين العباسي، والفتنة مشتعلة، وعطاء أهل الديوان معطل، فجمع لهيعة أموال الأحباس (الأوقاف) وفرض فيها فروضا، وأجرى العطاء، فحمد له ذلك وصار سنة بعده. وسميت طريقته " فروض لهيعة " إلى أن سماها ابن أبي اللطيث " فروض القاضي " وعزل سنة ١٩٨ وأعيد في مبتدإ ١٩٩ فاستمر الى أن مات، وهو على القضاء. وكان يقول: أنا تاسع تسعة و
