    لاهز بن قريط (٠٠٠ - ١٣٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ٧٤٨ م) لاهز بن قريط بن سريّ بن الكاهن بن زيد بن العَصَبة، من تميم: أحد نقباء بني العباس، قبل قيام دولتهم. كان على ميمنة أبي مسلم الخراساني في سيرة إلى " مرو " ورسوله إلى نصر بن سيار، يدعوه إلى الطاعة. وقتله أبو مسلم، صبرا، لقراءته أمام نصر: " إن الملأ يأتمرون بك ليقتلوك " وقد هرب نصر على أثر ذلك (١) . اللَّاهُوري = مسعود بن سعد ٥١٥
