كَلْبِي بن مَاجد (٠٠٠ - بعد ٧٣٢ هـ = ٠٠٠ - بعد ١٣٣٢ م) كلبي بن ماجد العامري العقيلي: شاعر، من أمراء البحرين. اجتمع به ابن فَضْل الله العمري، سنة ٧٣٢ وروى عنه بيتين بليغين، من قصيدة له، أولهما: " لعمر سليمى إنها يوم ودعت ... نعيم نفوس في الورى وعذابها " وقال ابن فَضْل الله: كان شيخ وقار وإجلال، يفد على السلطان بالخيل السوابق، ويكرم السلطان وفادته (١) .
