كامِل بن الفَتْح (٠٠٠ - ٥٩٦ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١٢٠٠ م) كامل بن الفتح بن ثابت البادرائي: شاعر، له ترسل. من أهل بغداد. كان يدخل - على الخليفة الناصر ويحاضره ويخلو معه، وعلمه علم الأوائل. وكان ضريرا، يرمى بالزندقة. قال ابن الصابوني: كتب الناس عنه أدبا كثيرا. وهو من أهل " بادرايا " المعروفة اليوم - " بدرة " قرب مندلي (أي البندنيجين) سكن بغداد وتوفي بها ودفن في باب حرب (٢) .
