    عَمْرو بن تُبَان (٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠ = ٠٠٠ - ٠٠٠) عمرو بن تبان أسعد أبي كرب: تبّع، من ملوك اليمن. كان مع أخيه " حسان " في زحفه على العراق. واتفق مع بعض القادة على قتل أخيه، فقتله، وولي ملك حمير. وعاد إلى بلاده فنزل بغمدان، وقتل من أشاروا عليه بقتل أخيه. واضطربت أموره، واستمر إلى أن مات. ومدة ملكه ٦٣ سنة. وكان معاصرا لعمرو بن حجر الكندي جد امرئ القيس (٣) .
