ابن المَجُوسي (٠٠٠ - نحو ٤٠٠ هـ = ٠٠٠ - نحو ١٠١٠ م) عليّ بن عباس المجوسي: عالم بالطب، فارسي الأصل. من أهل الأهواز من تلاميذ موسى بن يوسف ابن سيار (المتوفى سنة ٣٨٤ هـ كان متصلا بعضد الدولة ابن بويه، وصنف له كتاب " كامل الصناعة الطبية الضرورية - ط " ويسمى " الكتاب الملكي " قال القفطي: مال الناس إليه في وقته ولزموا درسه إلى أن ظهر كتاب " القانون " لابن سينا فمالوا إليه وتركوا الملكي بعض الترك، والملكي في العمل أبلغ، والقانون في العلم أثبت (٢) .
