علي الشَّرِيف (٧٦٢ - ٨٤٧ هـ = ١٣٦١ - ١٤٤٣ م) علي بن حسن بن محمد بن حسن بن قاسم الحسني الفاطمي العلويّ، المعروف بالشريف: جد الملوك السجلماسيين العلويين في المغرب الأقصى. وجده الحسن بن قاسم أول من دخل المغرب منهم قادما من ينبع النخل، من أرض الحجاز. نشأ عليّ بسجلماسة صالحا كثير الصدقات، مجاهدا، وأقام مدة طويلة بفاس، ودخل عدوة الأندلس للجهاد مرارا، ودعي إلى المُلك فزهد به. وتوفي بسجلماسة (٢) .
