ابن الحَنَّالي (٩١٦ - ٩٧٩ هـ = ١٥١٠ - ١٥٧١ م) علي (شلبي) بن أمر الله بن عبد القادر الحميدي الرومي سيف الدين وعلاء الدين المعروف بقينالي زاده، وعلائي، وابن الحنالي:قاض تركي، مؤرخ، له اشتغال بالحديث. ولد في اسبارطة. وولي القضاء بدمشق (٩٧١) واستمر نحو أربع سنوات، ونقل الى غيرها. وتوفي بأدرنة. له تصانيف عربية، منها " طبقات الحنفية - خ " في الأزهر، كتبت النسخة سنة ٩٧٨ و " رسالة تتعلق بأجوبة السمين من اعتراضات أبي حيان على مواضع من الكشاف - خ " في التيمورية، وحواش (١) .
