الفصِيح الصُّنْهاجي (٠٠٠ - ٥٩٥ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ١١٩٩ م) عتيق بن علي بن حسن الصنهاجي، أبو بكر، المعروف بالفصيح: قاض،له شعر في " ديوان ". أصله من مكناسة الزيتون. نشأ بفاس، وحج فزار بغداد ومصر، وتفقه بالخلافيات في العراق. وكتب بخطه علما كثيرا، وأخذ عنه بتونس وتلمسان وغيرهما. واستقر بمراكش سنة ٥٨٨ فولي قضاء الخضراء. واشتكى أهلها منه، فصرف. وتوفي بمراكش (١) .
